The Promoter: Flycomps are the sole operator of skill-based competitions which result in allocation of prizes.

PLEASE READ BELOW FOR FULL UNDERSTANDING BEFORE ENTERING ANY OF OUR COMPETITIONS.

Entry: The fee due for the respective Competition must be made in Pounds Sterling via the payment portal on the Promoters Website. Entry is currently only available through the Promoter Website and payment must be made by the Entrant.The Promoter accepts no liability should the Entrant suffer any loss during the use of the Website due to loss of internet or incomplete Entries. The Promoter is therefore not liable for any Entries not received for any reason.

The Entrant will need to provide their contact details (postal address, a telephone number and email address) and card payment details (for the use of the Entry fee only).

Once Entry has been submitted, payment will be electronically approved. The Entrant will need to submit the answer to the Question correctly to take part in the draw/Competition.

Entrant: A person who enters any of the Competitions that Flycomps offer through their website.

Maximum amount of Entries: The maximum amount of entries per Entrant is 50 unless stated otherwise on each Competition.

Ticket Numbers and Final Entry Lists: A Final Entry List will be published to the Website prior to the Live Draw. Ticket numbers will be stated on the original order email sent to the Entrant or in your account.

Payment: Can only be made in Pounds Sterling, via the payment portal on the website.

Refunds: Payment is non-refundable under any circumstance unless the Promoter cancels the Competition. If the competition is cancelled, Payment will then be converted into Fly Coins and returned to each Entrant for every Entry purchased.

The Promoter has the right to cancel any Competition. All Entries are the property of the Promoter upon receipt of payment.

Should any Entrant engage in any form of fraud or interfere with the Promoters Website in any way, any purchased Entries will not be refunded.

Prizes: Each Competition’s Prize will be clearly defined, and no alternatives will be offered.

The Promoter owns any Prize up until the Prize is successfully delivered and handed over to the Winner. The Promoter does not guarantee the condition or the value of the Prize at the time the Prize is delivered. Once delivered the Winner is responsible for insurance of the Prize, the Promoter will no longer have this responsibility.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility and is not liable for any Prize after delivery has taken place.

The Promoter will accept no liability should an error occur in descriptions and or details of a Prize described on the website and any of the social media sites. The Promoter holds the right not to offer warranty on any Prize, provide a valuation of any Prize at any time. Before entering any Competition, it is the Entrants responsibility to seek legal advice or make their own enquiries regarding any of the Prizes. Under no circumstance will an alternative Prize or cash be offered if the Winner is unhappy with the Prize they have won. Should Fly Comps not achieve minimum threshold of ticket sales, 4 options are available and is at the discretion of the promoter to decide. 1) Extend the competition 2) Provide an alternate prize in line with number of tickets sold 3) Offer a cash prize alternative 4) Refund ticket value in Fly Coins

Questions: For the opportunity to win any of the Prizes, the Entrant will need to answer a Question correctly using skill or knowledge.

Only Entries with the correct answer (as held by the Promoter) will be entered into the Competition. Failure to answer the Question correctly will result in the Entrant still being charged.

Winner: The winning ticket number will be chosen via a random number generator, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, either on or before the Competition ends.

The winner will be announced live via Facebook or Instagram and be notified by telephone. If the Winner cannot be contacted by the Promoter within 1 week of being announced due to incorrect details that the Entrant has submitted, along with the Entry, the Promoter then reserves the right to redraw the Competition, resulting in an Alternate Winner. The same rules will be followed and applied to the Alternate Winner. The original Winner will no longer have claim or right to the Prize after the Alternate Winner is selected.

Unless otherwise stated, there will only be one Winner per Competition and the Promoters decision is final, no correspondence will be entered into regarding the result of the Competition.

Competition: Each draw will be announced via Facebook or Instagram 48 hours after the maximum amount of tickets are sold or the closing date has been reached.

Should the maximum amount of tickets not be sold, the Promoter has discretion to run the Competition for a longer period or award the Prize if the number of paid entries has been deemed sufficient.

Each Competition is operated by the Promoter. The Promoter may hold multiple competitions at any one time.

Competitions are open to anyone over the age of 18 living in anywhere in the world or anyone wishing to undertake their Flight training and Flight Experience, If you are outside of the UK you will have to arrange your own Plane ferry if you win, free delivery of Aircraft only available to those living in the United Kingdom. Competitions are not open to the Promoters, their families or anyone else affiliated with the development or operation of the Website or the running of Competitions.

Each Entrant must acknowledge that by entering a Competition, their payment along with their answer to the Question will not guarantee in any way that they will win the Prize.

Entrants must ensure that by entering any Competition, they do not breach any laws of their country of residence. The Promoter will not be liable in any way if an Entrant enters the Competition unlawfully.

The Entrant and the Promoter acknowledge that the Competition, its administration and all associated activities are governed by English Law and both Parties recognise that the High County or High Courts of England and Wales shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute arising out of a Competition or its administration.

The Promoter has the right to refuse or disqualify any Entrant if it has reasonable grounds for believing that an Entrant has violated any of these Terms and Conditions or acted in a way that is reasonably considered by the Promoter to be illegal.

The Promoter does not enter into any contract or agreement with any Entrant.

Free Competitions: Should the Promoter offer a Free Competition; these will follow the same rules and process as stated above. The Promoter has the right to cancel Free Competitions. Cancellation of a Free Competition will not result in refunds as no payment was taken for the Entry.

General: Entering via the website, the Entrant must acknowledge and accept the Terms and Conditions. Once entered into a Competition, the Entrant will be bound by these terms and conditions.

When entering our Competitions, the Entrant must provide and submit the following: a valid contact number and email address. This information will only be used to contact the Winner. The Winner will then be contacted for a delivery address where the Prize will be delivered. The Promoter will discard and destroy the address once the Prize has been delivered successfully. Each Entrant will be responsible for providing the Promoter with the correct contact details.

Flycomps will not be liable in any way for the inability to make contact with the Winner due to inaccuracies in the contact details provided by the Entrant.

Each Entrant agrees that the usual requirements under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 for any goods or services orders online to be supplied within 30 days are void to this Prize Competition.

Postal Entry: To enter a competition by post, send an unenclosed post card with: ACCOUNT NUMBER AND EMAIL at the top clearly written – account number can be found in your account profile. Set your address, date of birth and phone number up in your account before sending the post card to ensure a correct match. Include on the post card: Name, Address, DOB, Contact phone number, name of prize, and correct answer for that competition, if an answer is required. Post by 1st or 2nd post class to: Fly comps, Neptune Court, 15, Vanguard Way, Cardiff CF24 5PJ , United Kingdom. You will not be contacted to confirm entry until the entry list is completed. If your entry was received in time you will be entered into the entry list for that draw, which you can check to confirm entry. Postal entries are limited to one competition entrant per postcard – do not send multiple postcards in one envelope – they will not be counted. Send an unenclosed post card with information on the back. The Entrant must specify which competition they wish to enter. We will allocate a random number to the entry from the available numbers left. Entries must be received 24 hours before the designated draw time on the prize page to allow time for them to be processed. Sending a postal entry does not guarantee entry to a draw. Postal entries will not be counted if a prize sells out before the processing time that day or if the prize has already been drawn. It is advised that you give your entry plenty of time to arrive, we cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail’s delivery times. The postal entries will be treated in the same manner as the online entries, in addition the postal entries will be entered into the ‘Live Draws’ in the same manner. If we deem one person is attempting to enter using multiple names and addresses all associated entries will be voided. Standard competition terms and conditions apply for postal entries. You must include the name of the prize exactly as displayed on the website. You must be registered as a customer on our website before sending your postal entry – use the same name on your account as on your entry. Privacy Policy: Upon entering any Competitions, the Entrant along with the Promoter acknowledge that the Promoter may have to use the Entrants details and other Data defined by the Data Protection Act 1998to administer the Website and manage the Competitions according the these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter has the right to disclose the Entrants information to any relevant third parties by choice or request to prevent money laundering, financial or regulatory reasons or any other legal requirements.

Miscellaneous: The Winner agrees to the Promoter displaying their name and town of residence on the Website, Facebook and Instagram Stories or page in accordance with the Privacy Policy for the purpose of announcing the Winner of the Competition. This will be done within 24 hours of the Winner being determined.

The Winner agrees to post a photograph or video of their Prize or themselves with their Prize on the above-mentioned social media sites. The Winner agrees to email a photograph or video to the Promoter to post on the above-mentioned social media sites for promotional purposes.

Entrants acknowledge and authorise the Promoter to use their personal details in their database and use this information in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 2008 and subject to the terms of Privacy Policy.

Flycomps have the right to change or amend these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are for the Sole use of Flycomps. Use of these Terms Conditions will result in legal action.
